TSTool-Solutions™  is committed to maintaining a professional, ethical and respectful business environment. We encourage employees, contractors, business partners and other persons connected with our activities to raise concerns regarding potential misconduct, unlawful practices or serious breaches of ethical standards.

 

What Can Be Reported?

Concerns may include, but are not limited to:

  • Fraud or financial misconduct

  • Bribery or corruption

  • Conflicts of interest

  • Serious breaches of confidentiality

  • Falsification or manipulation of information or records

  • Serious health and safety concerns

  • Discrimination, harassment or intimidation

  • Retaliation against a person who has raised a concern

  • Serious violations of applicable laws or regulations

  • Other serious conduct contrary to TSTool's Code of Ethics

 

Confidentiality

TSTool-Solutions™ is committed to handling reports with appropriate confidentiality and restricted access.The identity of the reporting person, as well as information that may directly or indirectly reveal their identity, will be treated confidentially in accordance with applicable law.

No Retaliation

TSTool-Solutions™ does not tolerate retaliation against any person who raises a concern in good faith.Any act or omission intended to disadvantage, intimidate or otherwise retaliate against a reporting person may constitute a serious breach of our ethical standards and applicable law . Integrity is not only a requirement. It is part of how we do business.

How to Report

TSTool-Solutions™ will provide a dedicated reporting channel for the confidential submission and follow-up of concerns.

Reports should provide sufficient information to allow the matter to be properly understood and assessed.

Where possible, the report should include:

  • A description of the concern

  • Relevant dates and locations

  • Persons or entities involved

  • Available supporting information or documentation

  • Any other information that may assist the assessment

Follow-Up

Reports will be handled by designated persons responsible for receiving and following up on concerns. Where applicable, TSTool-Solutions™ will acknowledge receipt of the report, assess the information provided, conduct appropriate follow-up and take corrective measures where necessary.

Under the Portuguese whistleblower protection framework, entities subject to the applicable requirements must acknowledge receipt within seven days and communicate the measures planned or taken within a maximum of three months from receipt of the report.

Good Faith

Reports should be made honestly and in good faith. The reporting channel must not be used knowingly to submit false, malicious or deliberately misleading information.

External Reporting

 

Nothing in this policy prevents a reporting person from using an external reporting channel or contacting a competent authority where permitted or required by applicable law. Portuguese law provides for external reporting channels through the competent authorities.
