9. Reporting Concerns

Employees, business partners and other persons who become aware of conduct that may violate applicable law, this Code of Ethics or TSTool-Solutions™ ethical principles are encouraged to raise their concerns through the appropriate reporting channel.

TSTool-Solutions™ does not tolerate retaliation against persons who raise concerns in good faith.
