Training Policy

All training programs offered by TSTool-Solutions™ are subject to minimum enrollment requirements and operational feasibility.

TSTool-Solutions™ reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to confirm, postpone, reschedule, modify, or cancel any training program due to insufficient enrollment, operational requirements, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

1. Enrollment Requirements

Minimum class size: 10 participants.
Maximum class size: 20 participants.
Enrollment shall only be considered confirmed upon receipt of the applicable registration fee and written confirmation from TSTool-Solutions™ Solutions.
TSTool-Solutions™ reserves the right to refuse enrollment once the maximum class capacity has been reached.

2. Payment Terms

Course fees may be paid in installments, subject to prior approval by TSTool-Solutions™.
Participants selecting an installment payment option shall only be eligible to attend the training program upon full settlement of all applicable fees prior to the course commencement date.
Failure to comply with the agreed payment schedule may result in the suspension or cancellation of enrollment, without refund of amounts already due.

3. Course Delivery

Training programs may be delivered in online, hybrid, or in-person formats, depending on the nature of the course and operational requirements.
The language of instruction shall be determined based on participant composition and program requirements.
TSTool-Solutions™ reserves the right to make reasonable modifications to course content, instructors, schedules, delivery methods, or training materials whenever necessary to maintain training quality and operational efficiency

4. Course Schedules

Course start dates and schedules shall be confirmed once the minimum enrollment requirements have been met.
Participants will be notified of confirmed dates and relevant logistical details in due course.

5. Limitation of Liability

TSTool-Solutions™shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or business-related losses resulting from the postponement, rescheduling, modification, or cancellation of any training program.
