5. Fair Competition

We do not support practices intended to improperly restrict competition, manipulate commercial processes or obtain confidential competitor information.

6. Respect in the Workplace

TSTool-Solutions™ promotes a professional working environment based on respect, dignity and equal treatment.

Harassment, discrimination, bullying, intimidation, hostility, and retaliation are not accepted.

7. Health & Safety

Safety is an essential part of our operations.

TSTool-Solutions™ expects employees, representatives and business partners to follow applicable health and safety requirements and to act responsibly when working at customer and industrial facilities.

8. Responsible Business Conduct

TSTool-Solutions™ expects its employees and business partners to conduct business responsibly and to respect applicable legal, ethical and professional standards.

9. Reporting Concerns

Employees, business partners and other persons who become aware of conduct that may violate applicable law, this Code of Ethics or TSTool-Solutions™ ethical principles are encouraged to raise their concerns through the appropriate reporting channel.

TSTool-Solutions™ does not tolerate retaliation against persons who raise concerns in good faith.
